Beginning his career modifying mortgages, he became an agent with CitiHabitats. Recognized for his early success, he was pulled into the New Development Division by the Senior Managing Director of Corcoran Sunshine, where he excelled working for major developers and owners. After putting together $250M+ in board packages over the years, he truly understands neighborhood trends and trouble-shooting the inevitable speed bumps of a transaction. Steven always believes that investing in your home is investing in your forever-lasting legacy.

 

As a graduate at Lehman College, Steven enjoyed living on the Upper West Side for over 20 years and now resides in Brooklyn.
