I’ve always had a deep love for architecture and how a raw piece of land can be turned into anything a human can dream of. Like William J. Bennett said “Home is a shelter from storms all sorts of storms” and Louis Glickman said, “The best investment on earth is earth”. Real estate fulfills all of the potential and dreams. Growing up as a musician brought out all my creativity, expressiveness, and empathy when it comes to building personal relationships. It taught me early on that each individual is equally unique and important. I am fortunate enough to have had two famous architects in my family while growing up in China, her father and her grandfather. That helped develop my enormous passion for real estate.

 

I started investing in real estate in 2014 to gain passive income, The more I learned about real estate, the more motivated I was to pursue it as a full-time career. I hope to share all that I have learned and my passion with you. It is my goal to find the perfect property and neighborhood that’s custom-designed for you and your family. Every neighborhood has its unique niche Williamsburg is very hip, the Upper West Side is classy and elegant and LIC is so family-oriented. There are different types of coffee shops, restaurants, pop-up art installations, and secret events in every different neighborhood.
